As part of Bath’s Festival of Wellbeing, we’re bringing our Feelings Spa to the city. Come explore the life of your emotions. Get more comfortable with allowing them to flow. Release the ones that are holding you back. Learn how to understand them better.

Let’s talk about all the emotions: like love and happiness, sorrow and grief, courage and self-doubt. Whatever it is that you might be feeling.

You’ll discover how different emotions are showing up in your life right now, the impact they are having on you (and maybe those around you) and how to move through them so that you can feel better in your everyday life.

We all come at our emotional life from very different directions.

Some of us run away from our feelings. We push them down, conceal them, and even repel them.

Others know that something is happening around our feelings, but are at a loss for what that is, and what to do with it.

Many of us are so deep in our emotions that we can feel flooded, unsafe, and unmoored.

You might have learned some version of “I ignore my feelings”, “emotions are a luxury” or “it’s not ok to feel”.

You might even experience some nervousness about exploring your emotions, some concern that you’ll find that something is wrong, or that you don’t have the tools to deal with them when they do arise.

You might be worried that you’ll discover that you’re “an emotional mess”.

In these 1:1 sessions, we’ll start to uncover how you really feel about your own emotional life.

  • We’ll cover the (hidden) narratives that might be shaping how you are in your relationship with your emotions. 

  • We’ll extend your emotional range and help you identify and acknowledge the emotions that show up most regularly (and what they want to tell you).

  • And we’ll start to explore how to get curious about your emotions in ways that feel most beneficial to your well-being.

  • We’ll explore your emotions through prompts, activities, and discussions in a safe, healing, and supportive environment.



These sessions are for anyone who is feeling:

  • Lost, and in need of help to find your way again

  • All the feelings – you are unsettled and unsure – and would like to get to a place of calm, peace, and equilibrium

  • None of the feelings – just numb and disconnected – and interested in knowing what emotions could offer you and the significant role they could play in your life

  • Like you’ve looked at life in all the ways, except this one, and you’re curious to learn how transformational understanding your emotions can be.

These sessions are hosted by Claire Fitzsimmons, co-founder of If Lost Start Here, ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a certified Emotions Coach Practitioner.
