We’re all looking for ways to feel better. Life is a lot right now and the world is coming in at us fast. We can end up feeling burned out, disconnected, and wanting to pull the covers over our heads at 4 pm. We are so very tired.

Most of us are seeking something to help us feel better — often from the well-being world — but we have to tread carefully because sometimes we can end up feeling worse.

As we long to simplify or slow down our lives we can find ourselves adding more must-dos to the overwhelm.

Similarly, if we’ve ever failed to do the practice — the yoga session, the morning pages — we may have wondered what’s wrong with us — even as we’re trying to do everything else required instead.

Or as we try to fold in another self-care practice — the bubble bath, the expensive candle — maybe we’ve even wondered if we’re making ourselves something to be fixed rather than looking to all the things beyond us that actually are.

If you are searching for ways to do life differently (which probably applies to all of us), join us for this free, online workshop.

We’ll cover some approaches that can help you have a different way of being in relationship to your well-being.

You’ll gain clarity about what you need, how you can make well-being work for you, and how to bring different practices into your everyday life in ways that feel good and attainable.

Knowing what you need well-being to be and do for you will save you time, money, and attention chasing the next thing you are told will make you feel better. No more life hacks, quick fixes, or impulse buys that promise all, and fall away when the next thing comes in. Because you’ll know exactly what you do.

Would you like some help in learning what matters most to you, what can help you feel better given the shape of your life?

And do you want to ultimately address why you’re really feeling lost, overwhelmed, and disconnected? Is this workshop something you’d be interested in?

(Also for anyone who can’t hear yourself think above the Vitamix blender and meditation soundtrack.)
