Need help finding your way through life?

Over the last few years, more and more of us have found ourselves lost. Lost in our lives, in our days, in an uncertain world.

You may be feeling disconnected from yourself and each other.

You may be struggling with overwhelm — feeling under pressure to do all that life needs to contain and be all the things you’re told to strive for.

You may be aware that something is just off and you’re not sure what that is.

But here’s the thing: what we turn to for help isn't quite working either.

You can find yourself getting burnt out on the very well-being practices that are designed to support you.

You look to a well-being world that asks you to add on even more while making it seem effortless (when it’s exhausting).

You can become more isolated with yourself as the problem when you need collective support and a world that can better hold you.

We believe there’s a different way to well. One that is more relatable, kinder, and sustainable. Even more fun!

We took all our learnings from running this platform, writing about well-being, and working with clients – as well as navigating our anxiety-inclined minds – and we created Find Your Way… a 12-week Self-Guided course.

We’ve designed it to help you orientate your life in a whole new direction, the one you want to go in.

We are so excited to share this with you.

Ready to find your way (maybe even yourself) again?

I loved working through my own personal definition of well-being. It was great to have the time and space to think deeply and meaningfully about my own well-being, and how to better serve myself in the future.
— Sarah
It encourages people to pause and think about wellness in a holistic and different way that they may not have considered before. There is a structure but it feels fluid enough that it can be totally bespoke and therefore meaningful.

Create your well-being practice for your everyday life

Over 12 Weeks (though you get to take it at your own pace), you'll have the chance to explore different facets of your well-being practice, some you may have considered before (like the quality of your relationships and the impacts of getting outside) and some you may not have (like how being in awe makes you feel good and how being with technology maybe doesn’t).

Each week, you'll gain access to a new Pathway featuring research-backed prompts, inspirations, and guidance to help you create an actionable plan to (gently) shift your everyday experiences and positively benefit your well-being.

You’ll start to shape and try out your well-being practice for everyday life discovering ways that feel good to you.

You may have never thought about your life in this way before (we hear this a lot from our clients), but doing so will help you identify some fundamental aspects that might be missing, and that you might be craving.

This self-guided course will give you the space, time, and knowledge to align your life with what you value now.

You'll discover ways to feel more connected to yourself, other people, and the world around you.

Ready to explore life with us?

What can you expect?

The course is on-demand, and self-guided, which means you get to take it at your own pace. It’s offered as a 12-week course, but you can take longer if you need. Each week, you’ll receive a lesson that includes readings, audio lessons, and video workshops, as well as a specially designed Workbook that includes journal prompts, exercises, and your weekly Challenge. By the end of this course, you will have learned how to orientate your life in the direction you want to go in.

We’ll also have guests (some of whom are included below) to offer their expertise and guidance.

And an app — where you can follow this course and join our community to support you as you move through it.

Also, there will be some surprises and gifts along the way.

You can start anytime. Like today? Now is always a good moment to find your way in life.

Hannah Carey on Spirituality and Meaning

Hannah Carey is a Certified Coach and the founder of Rewild the Empress, a community for the spiritually curious. In her 1:1 sessions, Hannah creates space for self-acceptance, supporting rewilders as they navigate, discover and recommit to living authentically: “to be the me you were always meant to be.” Her clients often come from a place of feeling destined for more and, simultaneously, fear they may not be enough or are unfulfilled and failing.

Hannah explores people’s own versions of spirituality, whether it’s through modalities like Astrology, Human Design, or the lunar cycles, so they can connect with themselves and deepen their self-awareness.

Edwina Jenner on Mind & Body Connection

Edwina Jenner supports women in getting to a place of optimum health, through nutrition, movement and coaching.

As a level 3 certified Personal trainer, with her own studio, Edwina also teaches women how to be in their body in ways that feel good to them, such as lifting weights safely and incorporating exercise in an accessible way into their daily life.

Who is this for?

Anyone who is feeling lost — you’re feeling disconnected from yourself and your life. You’re not sure what you want, which direction to go in, or even where you want to be. You’re feeling unmoored, ungrounded. You’re searching for clarity.

Anyone who is feeling lonely — you feel isolated in your life and find you are spending too many moments alone or in your own head. You want to find ways to connect more, but you’re not sure where to begin. You would like to find your people.

Anyone who is feeling anxious — you are being driven more by fear than curiosity, and you need some strategies for your mental and emotional well-being that work for you. You are in need of a well-being toolkit that can help support you through your days, one designed by you because you know your own life the most.

Anyone who is feeling curious — you want to get into your life, explore, and seek out inspiration and ideas so that you can intentionally create a life that feels good (and interesting) to you. You like to be fed the latest research and thinking and then integrate them into how you approach yourself and the world around you (you’ll probably love our Culture Therapy lessons the most).

Please note that our guide and this platform are not considered to be a replacement for medical advice, and are not suitable for anyone experiencing severe trauma or serious mental health challenges.
