How to approach the New Year differently

New Year is approaching and so are resolutions.

We love the promise of a New Year: the blank page of it, the hope and excitement for what’s before us, and the opportunity to reshape our lives once again into something better.

We’ve been known to fully embrace New Year’s resolutions before we become burnt out, exhausted and a little disinterested sometime in the middle of January.

So we wanted to offer you this: a whole new way to come into the New Year. Join us for this interactive workshop as we discover how to cultivate better emotional well-being and find ways to center ourselves in our lives over all the months of 2024.

We’ll cover:

  • How to stay with possibility rather than certainty

  • How to bring something in rather than give something up

  • How to move away from just happiness to a whole range of life-affirming emotions

  • How to replace the idea of transformation with one of self-acceptance

  • How to rethink failure and shift to resetting

This free interactive workshop is hosted by Claire Fitzsimmons, co-founder of If Lost Start Here, certified Emotions Coach Practitioner and ICF ACC Accredited Coach.

This is for anyone who is feeling

  • A little tired of starting the same year the same way with the same outcome.

  • Curious about what 2024 could bring for them and how you might approach it differently

  • Hopeful about a new year, and a new framework in which to think about it

  • The need for a plan. Christmas is fully behind you and you’re ready to step into a new year.

  • The longing for a messier version of well-being, one that feels good and attainable.

These workshops are designed to be intimate gatherings about meaningful things. We keep attendance small so that we can explore through prompts, activities and discussions in a safe, healing, and supportive environment.
