Lost & Found Sessions

If you’ve been wondering how to reconnect with yourself in an overwhelming world, you’re in the right place.

Because being human is hard sometimes.

You’re not doing life wrong. You’re not behind. You’re just somewhere between lost and found.

We created these coaching sessions to meet you in this space — with curiosity, kindness, and a creative approach to what’s next. At a moment that is pushing us to go ever faster, these sessions help you slow down so that you can hear yourself think again, find the right support and get clarity about your next steps.

If Lost…Start with the Curiosity Session

“I don’t know what I need… I just know something’s off.”

This is your invitation to pause and take stock. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your life, where you're stretched or stuck, and what could help you move forward — or simply feel more like yourself.

  • Perfect for: feeling foggy, disconnected, low-key lost or unsure what you need

  • Outcome: clarity, next steps, emotional grounding

  • 60 mins (including before-session reflection prompts)

  • £65 — a great place to start if you’re new to coaching and just need to begin somewhere.

If Feeling Stuck…Explore The Emotions Session

“I’m feeling everything (or nothing) and don’t know how to make sense of it.”

This session can help you understand what you're feeling — and why. It’s for anyone who feels emotionally overloaded, burnt out, or even numb. Using evidence-based emotions coaching, we help you tune in, decode, and respond to what your feelings are trying to say.

  • Perfect for: emotional overwhelm, burnout, flatness, numbness

  • Outcome: emotional understanding and spaciousness, self-compassion, tools for emotional regulation

  • 90 mins + Emotions Archetype Quiz

  • £120

If Facing Change…Book The Reorientation Session

“My life is changing — and I’m not sure who I am in it anymore.”

Midlife. Menopause. Endings. Transitions.
This 90-minute session is for women in transition — when who you were no longer fits, and who you’re becoming is still taking shape. We hold space to reflect, recalibrate, and reshape your life in ways that feel meaningful now.

  • Best for: midlife transitions, identity shifts, endings/beginnings

  • Outcome: clarity, self-trust, new grounding, renewed direction, tools for navigating change

  • 2 Hours + Navigating the Messy Middle workbook

  • £150

How we approach these sessions

This isn’t about becoming a “better” version of yourself. It’s about coming back to the version of you that’s already here — asking for your attention. It’s about finding space in a noisy world and reconnecting with what makes you feel more like you.

Let’s start there.

At If Lost, our mission is to help you get to a better place — sometimes through inward reflection, sometimes through outward connection. These coaching sessions are one way in. The Wellery community and our people-positive guidebook are others.

Because we believe self-care needs company — and life happens together.

Want to gift a session? You can book a Lost & Found Session for a friend, family member, or colleague. We’ll send a welcome note to invite them to their session. It’s a thoughtful gesture for someone feeling lost right now.

Which session is right for me?

These coaching sessions are designed to meet you where you are —whether that’s navigating uncertainty, overwhelm, or the messy middle of a big shift.

You can book a single session. Or follow your own thread through the three.

FAQ

Q: Is this therapy?
No — this is ethical coaching rooted in curiosity, emotional reflection and everyday life practices. We don’t diagnose or treat; we help you listen, reframe, and begin to shift things that no longer serve you.

Q: Do I need to prepare anything?
Not at all. Come as you are. You’ll get a brief intake form after booking to help you reflect if you want to, but nothing formal is required.

Q: Can I book more than one?
Yes — but there’s no pressure to commit. You can book single sessions, or come back for a follow-up if and when it feels right.

Claire is a fantastic coach. She is a warm, friendly, and compassionate person who has this natural ability to make you feel really comfortable and at ease when being coached by her.

I experienced a range of emotions with Claire! From tears of sadness and frustration when opening up and offloading some difficult topics I had been bottling up, to tears of joy and laughter when managing to break down personal barriers, see other perspectives, and find a way forward.

Throughout the process I found Claire to be a great listener, very perceptive, asking questions that gave me the right amount of challenge when I needed it and really made me think.

Grateful for the support and for the experience of working with Claire, I highly recommend her.

An instant connection. Claire brings a warm, gentle and deep interest in me as a person. From the very first moment with Claire, I have felt safe and welcomed.
She is intuitively sensitive to what might be beyond words and helps me reach the depths I don’t often allow myself to dive into.
