Our Lost & Found Sessions are for curious people who feel a sense of disorientation in their lives, relationships or work. You might be functioning well on the surface, but underneath there’s uncertainty, restlessness, or a feeling that something no longer fits even if you can’t yet name what.
These sessions aren’t about fixing you or telling you what to do. They’re about helping you find your footing again whether that’s emotionally or practically, so you can move forward with more self-trust, clarity and confidence.

In these sessions, we slow things down enough to listen properly.
We pay attention to what you’re feeling, where you feel stuck or uncertain, and what might be asking for change.
Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, helping you make sense of your emotions, reconnect with your values, and find a way forward that feels steady and true to you.
These initial sessions are 90 mins and each are £120. They are a great place to start if you’re new to coaching and need to begin somewhere. Extended coaching, sliding scales and bundles of sessions are available and we can discuss these options at the end of this first call.

40-minute one-off coaching session — £65
This is a short, one-off session for women who feel emotionally overwhelmed, unsettled, or unsure what they need but know that something isn’t quite right. It’s a calm, supportive space to slow things down, talk through what’s been building up, and begin to make sense of how you’re feeling. Many people leave with a sense of relief, a little more clarity, and a clearer idea of what might help next.
This online coaching session is for you if:
You feel emotionally muddled or overloaded
You keep asking yourself “Why do I feel like this?”
You’d like a thoughtful space to talk things through
You want clarity before deciding what (if anything) to do next
It’s probably not for you if:
You’re in immediate crisis and need urgent support
You’d like more time to explore things (our longer sessions are just below).

Q: Is this therapy?
No — this is ethical coaching rooted in curiosity, emotional reflection and everyday life practices. We don’t diagnose or treat; we help you listen, reframe, and begin to shift things that no longer serve you.
Q: Do I need to prepare anything?
Not at all. Come as you are. You’ll get a brief intake form after booking to help you reflect if you want to, but nothing formal is required.
Q: Can I book more than one?
Yes — but there’s no pressure to commit. You can book single sessions, or come back for a follow-up if and when it feels right.
