As part of Menopause Awareness Month, we’re taking a positive approach to ‘The Change’.

In this (free & online) workshop, you’ll learn how to navigate midlife and (peri)menopause in a happier and healthier way.

Edwina Jenner will get us beyond the messages of doom and gloom (heard those?), and help us reconnect with this moment as an opportunity to look at our values, get quiet and reset to what’s important to us.

Edwina will talk about how to craft the next part of our life with intention and confidence. With traditional pressures off our shoulders, there has never been a more exciting time to be in midlife. We have hormonal support should we choose it and a wealth of ways to move our bodies and nourish ourselves.

Edwina Jenner supports women through their midlife and (peri)menopause years, getting them to a place of optimum health, through nutrition, movement and coaching. As a level 3 certified Personal trainer with her own studio, Edwina also teaches women how to be in their bodies in ways that feel good to them, such as lifting weights safely and incorporating exercise in an accessible way into their daily lives.
