Life isn’t quite what it used to be.

Maybe you’re feeling a little lost. Not quite yourself and not really in your life anymore.

Your career/relationship/days might not be serving you. You have questions about whether it’s time to move on or if you should stay or where you’re even going.

You’ve lost some of your confidence, your sparkle, your curiosity.

You don’t recognise your body anymore, or your life, or the person you’ve become.

You live in overwhelm, in self-doubt, or fear. And you’ve had enough of these feelings, but you don’t know how to bring in more positive emotions.

Or you have exactly the life you imagined for yourself, and you should be grateful, but… but… something is off. There’s a longing, something that needs to be heard, and you’re struggling to figure out what.

In midlife, we can find ourselves looking again at some of the fundamental questions that we’d thought we’d answered back in our twenties. And this time around, we may be coming up with very different answers, that ask us to respond with new values, beliefs or needs. It can feel like life is all in the mix again.

Midlife can be a time of transition, but sometimes though we know exactly where we’re coming from, we’re not quite sure how we got here and even where we’re moving to. It can feel unsettling and disorientating, like life has its own momentum and we’re not entirely on board with it.

If you need some help figuring out what is going on, I can help you reconnect with who you are and what you need. I’ll create the space to reflect and plan, and I’ll listen at a moment when you probably need to feel most heard and seen and valued, as you might be feeling less and less so.

Together, we can find ways that work for you to maintain positive emotional and mental well-being in midlife and beyond, and to continue to shape a life you want. Because here’s the thing: you still get to choose, in spite of the emotional baggage or past experiences, your age or your current circumstances, what you’ve started to believe about yourself or someone else is telling you (lots from society on this one). In these 1:1 monthly sessions, we’ll figure out what you need right now to get unstuck, feel more positive about this time in your life, and bring more confidence to what’s next.

We’ll start with identifying your needs, values and beliefs, so we can reset your life in ways that matter most to you.

We’ll then explore some of the emotions surfacing right now (self-doubt, fear, sadness maybe) and the ones you want to invite in (happiness, connection, curiosity, perhaps).

We’ll then move on to some essentials for your everyday life, identifying the well-being practices that you’d like to incorporate so that you can create the foundation now for the life that you want.

You’ll get to a place where you feel more settled, more positive, and more excited about this time in your life and beyond.
