How to find your way

The Lost Part

Have you ever been lost? Totally stuck? Grasping for something? So much so that you’ve sat in front of your computer, not knowing what to type into google, not knowing where to look, so you’ve simply typed ‘help’.

You had no idea what the next step in your career should be, you didn’t know how to show up in your life in a way that brings you joy, you didn’t have a clue how to think about self-care let alone do it, your boss was driving you crazy, your kids equally so, and you were knackered beyond compare. So, you just typed ‘help’. And really what you were doing was looking for the answer to a really simple question: ‘What do I do?’ But the answer still didn’t come.

Maybe you are currently in the mix of all the things. There’s so much to think about, and plan, and consider, and bring in, and phase out. You are lost in all the things you’re supposed to fill your days with, and you’re losing contact with what you want to do, and even who you are. You’ve lost your footing, maybe even your way. But where to start? Which direction to head in? Where do you even want to go if not here?

Maybe you know there are questions that you’re not asking yourself. You know something is off, but you’re worried to go there. Change frightens you, but staying where you are. You’re not sure about that either.

These sessions are a response to all these calls. And more: I work with women who’ve lost something of themselves and what to reconnect to who they might be right now, and who they might still become.

I work with women who are asking themselves what’s next?

And I work with women who know there’s more, but more of what? And is that even allowed, or for them?


The Found Part

These 1:1 Sessions will give you the space to think about what matters most to you. You’ll come away feeling lighter, have more clarity, and discover a sense of freedom (play even).

You’ll be able to see what’s available to you again (both out in the world and inside yourself), and you’ll discover ways to get you moving forwards in a way that works for you.

You’ll have the space to see all possible directions, and the courage to move towards the one that matters most to you.

You’ll find yourself.


Where would you like to begin?

Lost & Found Single Session |

90 minutes

A 90-minute session focused on what you need to help you find your way right now. We’ll find out what inspires you, what drives you, and what you need to feel fulfilled.

We can do this by focusing on either your Values or your Strengths. Or you can keep the session focus open and we’ll see what you need on the day.

You pick the lens when you book.

These sessions can be booked straight into my calendar and include a free Workbook.

One 90-minute session: £80

Lost & Found Multi Session |

Bundle of 6

This is where we’ll work together over a stretch of time, to get you to a better place.

Over 6 sessions, we’ll cover:

- what you need to anchor you in your days: the values that can guide you, your innate strengths that support you and the beliefs you hold that serve you (or those limiting ones you have that now don’t)

- we’ll look at your emotions too from which ones are showing up (maybe fear, sadness, joy) to what they are telling you about what you need (and what you don’t)

- and we’ll get clear about where we’re even getting you to. What is it you want to bring into your life? How do you want to shape what’s next for you?

6 Sessions, each 1 hour: Total: £320

  • How to get unstuck and find your way in your life

  • How to deepen your self-awareness and hear yourself think again

  • How to move towards more clarity and confidence

  • How, and where, to anchor yourself in your everyday life (when it feels like it’s all overwhelming and messy)

  • How you can work with your emotions to discover what you need, and how you would like to move through your life

  • How to make space for yourself, and what matters most to you.


Some Housekeeping

All sessions take place over Zoom, and are open to clients worldwide (as long as we can make the timezone work).

10% goes towards causes that support better mental and emotional wellbeing for everyone.
