Zenaa Online | Learn how to have a better relationship with your emotions

Most of us were never actually taught how emotions work, only how to manage them, minimise them, or keep them to ourselves.

In this workshop, we’ll explore what you were never taught about emotions and how understanding them differently can change the way you navigate feelings like overwhelm, guilt, grief, frustration and self-doubt.

You’ll learn how emotions function, why they intensify at different stages of life, and how to work with them rather than feeling ruled by them so you can move through your days with more clarity, steadiness and self-trust, even while caring for everyone else and holding it all together during uncertain days.

This workshop will help you have a better relationship with your emotions so that you can feel more fulfilled and resourced across all areas of your life.
