Three months. A book full of possibilities. A few little adventures. And some good company along the way.
Join us for a three-month online book club inspired by our wellbeing journal If Lost, Start Here. Together, we'll explore the book's pathways to wellbeing, from Nature to Creativity, try small experiments in everyday life and meet once a month to share what we discover.

Five reasons to come along
-
From creativity and play to nature, connection and awe, we'll explore small wellbeing adventures inspired by If Lost, Start Here. It’s your chance to step outside your usual routines and discover something different.
-
What works for one person might not work for another. There are no guaranteed outcomes, no right answers and nothing to get right. We're interested in what happens when we get a little more curious about our lives and what helps each of us feel better.
-
Spend time with other people who are also interested in finding ways to feel a little better. We'll bring the questions, ideas and conversation starters. You just need to come along with your copy of the book.
-
We'll use the ten pathways, reflections and activities in If Lost, Start Here as our guide, but there's no prescribed way through. Follow what interests you, explore what feels relevant and find your own way.
-
The most interesting part might happen between our gatherings. A small experiment, an unexpected discovery or something you wouldn't normally do. Perhaps you'll find something you want to keep doing long after our three months together.
Getting started | January–March 2027
Three months. Three online gatherings. A few little adventures. We'll start at the beginning of If Lost, Start Here, using the book's ideas, questions and activities to explore what might help us feel a little better in 2027. Each month, we'll get curious about a different aspect of wellbeing, try something out in everyday life and come back together to see what happened.
Perhaps we'll pick up something we haven't done in years, try something we're not particularly good at or discover a new way to express ourselves. We'll also look back at our three months together. What surprised us? What would we like to keep doing? And what might we explore next?
-
We'll start by checking in with ourselves. How are we actually feeling? What's working, what's not and what might we like a little more of? Using the opening chapter of If Lost, Start Here, we'll explore how to approach wellbeing with more curiosity and less pressure, before choosing a small experiment to try in our everyday lives.
-
There's something about getting outside that can change how we feel, but that doesn't have to mean wild swimming, hiking up mountains or becoming an outdoorsy person. This month, we'll explore the Nature pathway, noticing how the natural world shows up in our lives and experimenting with ways to spend a little more time with it.
Perhaps you'll discover something on your doorstep that you've been walking past for years.
-
You don't have to think of yourself as “a creative person” to enjoy making something, trying something new or looking at the world a little differently. This month, we'll explore the Creativity pathway and experiment with bringing a little more imagination, curiosity and creative play into everyday life.

As much or as little as you like. There'll be a little reading and reflecting in the book, plus an invitation to try something in everyday life. That might mean visiting somewhere new, spending a little more time outside or picking up a creative activity you haven't tried in years.
We're not setting homework or asking you to follow a new routine. The idea is to see what happens when you make a little room for something different.
-
Our first three-month season costs £45, which includes all three online gatherings with Claire, guided conversations and a little inspiration for your adventures between meetings.
The book is purchased separately (£20), and it's yours to keep exploring long after our first season ends.
We'll be keeping the group small so there's plenty of room for conversation and getting to know one another.
-
We hope you'll be able to join us for all three, as the conversations and discoveries build from month to month. But life happens, and if you miss one, you can still follow the relevant pathway and try your own little adventure before joining us again.

Sometimes it's helpful to have a little more space to explore what's going on in our lives, how we're feeling and what we might need.
