Getting started | January–March 2027

Three months. Three online gatherings. A few little adventures. We'll start at the beginning of If Lost, Start Here, using the book's ideas, questions and activities to explore what might help us feel a little better in 2027. Each month, we'll get curious about a different aspect of wellbeing, try something out in everyday life and come back together to see what happened.

Perhaps we'll pick up something we haven't done in years, try something we're not particularly good at or discover a new way to express ourselves. We'll also look back at our three months together. What surprised us? What would we like to keep doing? And what might we explore next?

  • “What I really like about this book is that it's so much about the tiny moments, the in-the-margin-moments, and how you can fold things in so it's all just a little bit kinder, but also more sustainable too.”
