What to Expect

  • An hour just to explore. We’ll bring the journaling prompts.

  • We love the feeling of journaling in company. We hope you do too.

  • Led by Claire, a writer and co-author of the wellbeing journal If Lost Start Here, who loves nothing better than to hold space, encourage participation, and get curious about what your words might hold for you.

  • Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

  • We hold monthly sessions, so if you enjoy this time journaling for your wellbeing, explore what else is coming up on the calendar.
