A virtual wellbeing meet-up for the well-ish and curious
Date: Friday 6 June
Time: 1pm, BST
Location: Online (Zoom link for The Wellery members)
Duration: 60 minutes
Cost: Free for The Wellery members
A members-only journaling circle + connection space. This month we’re exploring mind-body wellbeing
What is a Co-Well?
Co-Wells are quarterly gatherings for members of The Wellery — a space for collective care, gentle accountability, and honest conversation about how we’re really doing.
They’re not webinars. Not workshops. Just a chance to pause, connect, and explore how we’re living the ideas we care about — together.
This Month’s Theme: Mind-Body Connection
We’ll explore the idea that to move our minds, we often need to move our bodies — and that what we feel physically, emotionally, and energetically is deeply linked.
You’ll be guided through themed journaling prompts, reflection, and small-group sharing.
As an emotions coach and wellbeing writer, I’ll be gently facilitating this session — not as an expert, but as someone who is figuring this out with you.
What to expect:
A grounding check-in (bring a drink or come just as you are)
Guided journaling prompts related to mind-body awareness
Small breakout room conversations (optional sharing always)
Space for real, human connection without the awkwardness
Time to reflect on how we practice — not just think about — wellbeing
This is for you if:
You’re curious about the relationship between your mind and body
You want to explore emotions, energy, and wellbeing with others
You miss real conversations about how you’re feeling
You’re drawn to wellbeing that’s collaborative, kind, and creative
How to join:
This session is free for all members of The Wellery, our Substack membership space.
